The EEO-1 Report is the demographic representation of the Bank's employee population reported to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) every year. The Bank is required to file this report by September 30 of each year using any pay period from the 3rd quarter.
The report serves as a useful snapshot of the Bank's race and gender composition at each job category at a particular point in time. It is important to note that employee self-identification is the preferred method of identifying race and gender.
