Macroeconomist, Senior Macroeconomist, Senior Financial Economist
The Research Department has openings for three economists specializing in macroeconomics, monetary economics, financial economics, and/or financial markets and institutions.
Financial Economist / Senior Financial Economist
The Risk and Policy Analysis Unit of the Supervision, Regulation and Credit Department is seeking an entry-level or a senior-level economist specializing in banking, financial intermediation or regulation. Primary responsibilities include producing research for publication in academic journals, advising senior management on policy issues related to financial stability and the regulation of financial institutions and financial markets, and participating in supervision at large financial institutions. The job also involves some travel.
The Research Department and Supervision, Regulation, and Credit Department are seeking exceptional college graduates who are prepared to take an active role in high quality economic research, state and local public policy analysis, and regulatory and monetary policymaking.
