The Boston Fed is not a grant maker. Grant awards for the Working Cities Challenge will be provided by our partners.
Additional debt or grant support may be provided through participating Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) and local foundations.
Boston Community Capital, a nationally recognized CDFI, will serve as the fiscal agent for the Working Cities Challenge. The competition will be judged by a group of volunteer jury members with expertise across a range of issues and topics relevant to small cities. The jury will not include the Boston Fed.
