The goal of the Main Street Lending Program is to keep credit flowing to small and mid-sized entities and nonprofit organizations that were in sound financial condition before the coronavirus pandemic but now need financing to maintain operations.
Recent updates:
Small and medium-sized for-profit businesses and nonprofit organizations interested in the program should speak to an eligible lender about applying for program loans. Interested borrowers can access a state-by-state listing of lenders participating in the Main Street Lending Program who are currently accepting applications from new customers and also elect to be listed.
The Federal Reserve’s Main Street Lending Program is administered by the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, which established the Main Street SPV to purchase loan participations from eligible lenders in any of the twelve Federal Reserve districts.

Registration for interested lenders
Lenders participating in the program including a state-by-state listing of lenders who are currently accepting applications from new customers and also elect to be listed.
Reports on the operation of the MSLP facilities, including monthly disclosure of names of lenders & borrowers, amounts borrowed, etc. These reports are made to Congress pursuant to CARES Act & Section 13(3) of the Federal Reserve Act.
