Aisha Necoechea is the Executive Director of BEST Hospitality Training, where she oversees the administration, programs, and strategic plan of the organization. She is a graduate of Emmanuel College in Boston, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Religious Studies, graduating Cum Laude with Distinction in the Field. Prior to becoming Executive Director in 2022, Aisha served as Workforce Development Strategist at BEST Hospitality Training and Vice President of Programs at MassHire Metro North Workforce Board. From 2006-2016, she held leadership positions at the International Institute of New England, including Site Director and Director of Workforce Development, where she managed multimillion-dollar budgets and supervised programs serving immigrant and refugee populations. Throughout her career, Aisha has specialized in strategic planning, program development, cultural competence, and labor-management partnerships, with particular expertise in the hospitality industry and workforce development for diverse communities.
