Biography
Alicia R. Grasfeder is vice president and assistant general auditor in the audit department responsible for local audit coverage and the Audit Division’s operations. In addition to her primary responsibilities for the audit department, Alicia leads a multi-year strategic initiative for the Federal Reserve System related to defining and implementing a systematic continuous risk assessment methodology and process. She also leads the department’s talent management activities. Alicia joined the Bank in February 2018.
Previously, she was senior vice president and senior director at Citizens Financial Group, where she led a front line information technology risk assessment and testing function. She has a wide range of audit, compliance, and enterprise risk management experience with Citizens and other organizations, including The Talbots, Inc., State Street Corporation, Sun Life Financial, and Deloitte.
Alicia is a CPA, CISA, CIA and holds an Executive Masters in cybersecurity from Brown University and a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in information technology from Marist College.
