
Biography
Bill Dandridge is the senior vice president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston’s Bank Operations division. He is also a member of the Bank’s Executive Committee.
This division includes the Bank’s Cash Operations department, the Law Enforcement Unit, and the Real Estate Services Group. Bill leads critical onsite functions within the division, and he collaborates with key Federal Reserve System entities, including: the Cash Product Office, the System Law Enforcement Oversight Group, and the Subcommittee on Administrative Services.
Bill has more than 25 years of experience in operations, information security, risk management, enterprise shared services, and vendor management. Most recently, he served as a group vice president and information security officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. In this role, Bill led various national and local IT functions responsible for strategic planning, portfolio and program delivery, financial services, and talent development. Prior to joining the Kansas City Fed in June 2016, Bill held senior roles at Dollar Financial and CapitalOne.
Bill earned a bachelor’s from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He attended the Institute for CIO Excellence at the University of South Carolina Upstate, and he serves on the cybersecurity board of the University of Kansas.
