Biography
Brian Clarke is a Deputy Director in the Regional & Community Outreach department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. He is currently leading an effort to assess the impact of real-time payments on low-income users and small businesses. Brian has done previous work identifying opportunities for banks, credit unions, and fintechs to design products that help people achieve financial goals while avoiding unnecessary fees.
