Biography
Christopher (Chris) Haley is the executive vice president and director of the Supervision, Regulation & Credit department. A 30-year veteran of the Bank, Chris serves as the senior supervisory and regulatory advisor to Bank leadership and represents the Bank in interactions with the Board of Governors, Reserve Banks, and other supervisory agencies. He also serves on the Bank’s Executive Committee. His duties include membership on the Federal Reserve System committee that executes the Fed’s supervisory responsibilities and on the Large Institution Supervision Coordinating Committee, or LISCC, which provides strategic oversight of the system’s most complex financial firms. Prior to his current role, Chris served as the head of the local LISCC Unit which includes several teams involved in the supervision of systemically important firms from 2018-2020 and as the Head Large Bank Supervision from 2007-2018. Chris previously served as the Central Point of Contact for State Street Corporation, Royal Bank of Scotland’s US Operations, and TD Banknorth Inc.
Chris holds a BA from Northeastern University and an MBA from Boston University.
