As the Deputy Director of the Center, Darcy works with the Center’s Director and its research team to identify, produce, and share the results from research projects relevant to New England’s state and local policy makers. Prior to being promoted into this role, Darcy was a policy analyst with the Center, during which time her work focused on state fiscal policy issues and housing affordability. She previously worked at the Maine Development Foundation, where she was an analyst for the state's annual economic indicators report and managed a community economic development program. Darcy holds a masters in public policy from Tufts University and a BA in political science from Colgate University.
