Biography
Darcy Saas is the Deputy Director of the New England Public Policy Center (NEPPC) in the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston Research Department. She works with the Center’s Director and its research team to identify, produce, and share the results from research projects relevant to New England’s state and local policymakers. Before she was promoted into this role, Saas was a policy analyst with the NEPPC; her work focused on state fiscal policy issues and housing affordability. She previously worked at the Maine Development Foundation, where she was an analyst for the state's annual economic indicators report and managed a community economic development program. Saas holds a master’s degree in public policy from Tufts University and a BA in political science from Colgate University.
