Deb Stephenson is President and C.E.O. of Brattleboro Savings & Loan. Deb was appointed to this position on October 31, 2022.  Prior to Brattleboro, Deb was with Berkshire Bank, where she served as SEVP- Chief Compliance Officer and was instrumental in growing the Massachusetts’ bank’s assets from $5 billion to $13 billion.  Raised in Adams, Mass, Stephenson has a degree in economics and finance and began her career as a bank examiner for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
