Biography
Erika is currently a business support analyst associate and member of R&CO’s Business Analytics & Outreach Support team, where she provides a wide range of administrative and analytical assistance to the department and coordinates on-site, offsite, and virtual events. she is also a key support for the TIP Program (Today’s Intern’s Tomorrow’s Professionals), the Bank’s internship/mentoring program for low-income Boston youth. Her strong drive, seasoned customer-service background, and eagerness to progress make her a valuable department asset.
Erika joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston in 2015 as a senior customer service representative in the Invoice Processing Platform department. In 2017, she transitioned to a senior operations specialist position in the Bank’s Stored Value Card area before ultimately joining R&CO in 2018. Erika holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Arts from Suffolk University and is fluent in Spanish.
