Erika joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston in 2015 as a Senior Customer Service Representative in the Invoice Processing Platform department. In July 2017, she transitioned to a Senior Operations Specialist position in the Bank’s Stored Value Card area. Erika is currently a member of R&CO’s Business Analytics & Outreach Support team, where she provides a wide range of administrative and analytical assistance to the department and coordinates on-site events. Her strong drive, seasoned customer-service background, and eagerness to learn make her a great fit for her current role in Regional and Community Outreach. Erika holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Arts from Suffolk University and is fluent in Spanish.
