Biography
Nicole Clerkin is assistant vice president in the Cash Services department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. In her role, Nicole oversees the teams responsible for the high-speed currency processing, paying and receiving, and coin functions. She also collaborates with System and Bank leadership to deliver on key project initiatives and high-priority objectives, and represents the department in communications with the U.S. Treasury, Mint, Secret Service, Board of Governors, and financial institutions.
Nicole has held positions of increasing responsibility since joining the Boston Fed in 2015. In her most recent role, Nicole oversaw the Real Estate Services Group’s analytic, administrative, compliance, and financial functions, as well as customer service initiatives for Bank employees and Federal Reserve Plaza tenants. Nicole also spent three years serving as assistant secretary to the Boston Fed's Executive Committee and has participated in a number of leadership development programs. Prior to joining the Fed, Nicole worked at Dalbar, Inc., where she managed client relationships and marketing strategy.
