Sarah Biller is a member of the Boston Fed’s Payments Advisory Council and the co-founder of Fintech Sandbox, a global nonprofit that partners with large financial services firms and leading market data providers.

Biller co-founded Capital Market Exchange, an AI-enabled predictive analytics platform for institutional bond investors that identified and quantified the impact of nonfinancial factors on near-term credit spreads. She also co-founded Vantage Ventures, an initiative to expand and diversify parts of the Appalachian economy by investing in educational opportunities and entrepreneurs who are building high-growth, scalable companies.

Biller previously served as the chief operating officer for innovation at State Street Bank. She also held multiple roles at Fidelity Investment and was on the founding team of two companies in the life sciences industry. Biller is a graduate of West Virginia University and was conferred an honorary doctorate by Davis and Elkins College.
