Tricia Sullivan-Mullen is an assistant vice president in the Human Resources department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. In her role, Tricia is responsible for leading Human Resource’s efforts to migrate to the Human Capital Management Program as well as supervise HR’s data analytics and compliance work. Tricia joined the Bank in early 2015 as the director of Data Analytics & Human Resources Information Technology.
Prior to joining the Bank, Tricia was the director of financial systems and data at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a senior implementation consultant at SAP.
Tricia received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
