
Biography
Vince Lally is an Assistant Vice President leading FedNow® Cybersecurity. He is responsible for implementing and managing a holistic Information Security program for the FedNow® Service.
Vince joined the Boston Fed in February 2020 as a senior cybersecurity operations manager. In this role, he helped implement robust vulnerability management, security monitoring, and response strategies for FedNow®. Prior to joining the Bank, Vince held various cybersecurity-related roles at the New York Fed for more than seven years, and managed threat analysis for the National Incident Response Team (NIRT). In addition to his civilian role, Vince holds the rank of Major in the Army National Guard. He currently leads a defensive cyber team as their team chief.
Vince holds a bachelor’s in computer security information assurance from Norwich University and other security-related professional credentials.
