The Information Technology (IT) function is a collaborative function that is responsible for meeting the technological needs of the Bank and provides services to the Federal Reserve System. Staff members from each of the department pillars (Business Management, End User Productivity and Solutions Delivery) dynamically engage with customers daily to recommend and implement solutions that solve business problems, achieve business goals while simultaneously increasing business value by using innovative and agile methodologies.
