The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston’s neXus employee resource group actively supports the Boston Fed’s diversity and inclusion efforts through activities that encourage the recruitment, retention, engagement, and professional development of employees who self-identify as black. The group is hosting its first Fall Fireside Chat with Boston Fed Senior Vice President and General Counsel Steve Wright. Steve recently joined the Reserve Bank after serving as executive partner of the international law firm Holland & Knight for two decades. He will talk about how he built a successful legal career while promoting the importance of diversity and inclusion.
