On Oct. 4 at the Meriden Green in Meriden, Conn., collaborative leaders of the nonprofit, private, and public sectors, and community leaders, from 16 eligible communities joined Boston Fed President Eric Rosengren, Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Catherine Smith, Webster Bank Chairman and CEO Jim Smith, and Hartford Foundation for Public Giving President Linda Kelly for the celebratory launch of the Working Cities Challenge in Connecticut.
