Astier Sium is a vice president of accounting and procurement at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. In this role, Astier is responsible for all aspects of the accounting and procurement functions and for successfully realigning these two critical postions with evolving industry standards.
She joined the Boston Fed in 2005 as a member of the accounting department and was promoted to assistant vice president in 2007. During her tenure, Astier served as assistant secretary to the Board of Directors and the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston’s Executive Committee, and has taken part in a number of professional development programs.
She holds an M.B.A. from Suffolk and is a certified public accountant (CPA).
