Biography
Carlos Rincón serves as a Senior Community Development Analyst in the Regional & Community Outreach department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. His work focuses on enhancing outcomes for individuals and communities with varying socioeconomic backgrounds.
Carlos helps lead the Working Communities Challenge (WCC) in Vermont, which fosters strong, cross-sector collaboration in community development efforts across the state. WCC utilizes the Bank's extensive partnerships with public, private, nonprofit, and philanthropic leaders to improve economic outcomes for low- and moderate-income residents. Additionally, he supports Working Places initiative efforts to connect inclusive economic-growth projects in smaller cities to private, public, and philanthropic capital.
Prior to joining the Bank, Carlos served as Director of the Community and Business Program at the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund. There, he facilitated access to financial products tailored to the needs of business owners, particularly those from minority backgrounds. Carlos holds an MS in Investment Management from Boston University and an MBA from Southern NH University.
