Kim Husson is an assistant vice president in the Supervision, Regulation & Credit (SRC) department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. She currently oversees the supervisory activities for two large and complex financial institutions. Previously, Kim held a leadership role in SRC’s insurance unit, providing direction for the unit’s supervisory and policy activities, and contributing to the development of the supervisory approach for insurance firms. She is a commissioned bank examiner and with years of experience conducting field examinations of both small community banks and large and complex banking organizations.
Kim joined the Boston Fed in 1987. She holds a degree in economics from the University of Vermont and completed graduate studies at Babson College. She is also a graduate of the BAI Graduate School of Banking.
