John L. Cox, EdD, CPA, has been the president of Cape Cod Community College (4Cs) since 2012. Under his leadership, John has led the expansion of College programming, including the FAA-approved Aviation Maintenance Technician program, and the launch of groundbreaking classroom technology that has made 4Cs a model in the Commonwealth for flexible higher education.

John participated in Fulbright programs in Russia and India and served on behalf of the US State Department in the US-India Higher Education Dialogue in 2014. He has been published in the International Journal of Education Advancement and has taught in the Higher Education Administration at Kent State University and the doctorate program in Community College Policy and Administration at University of Maryland.
