Lynn Carroll is a Vice President in the Human Resources department. She has made significant contributions to HR’s strategies, programs, and policies, including working to position the Bank as an employer of choice helping to institute HR’s refreshed onboarding and mentoring programs, providing oversight to the roll-out of new automation tools, and championing a variety of employee engagement efforts across the Bank.
Lynn joined the Bank in August 2016 and is an accomplished human resources executive with more than 20 years of experience. Prior to joining the Bank, Lynn was Chief Human Resources Officer at Bingham McCutchen LLP – a global law firm that grew during her tenure from 300 to over 2,000 lawyers and staff in 14 offices worldwide. She has expertise in talent management, organizational design, employee relations, total rewards, H.R. information systems, diversity initiatives, change management, strategic communications, operations, and compliance. Lynn is a member of the Human Resources Leadership Forum and holds a B.A. from Stonehill College, and a certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley University.
