Biography
Michael joined the Boston Fed as a senior policy analyst contributing to the Bank’s work to reduce racial wealth inequality. He currently supports the Regional & Community Outreach department’s ongoing collaboration with community partners to explore wealth inequities in Greater Boston and Massachusetts. He also has research expertise in housing, health, and social trust. Michael received a doctorate in sociology and social work from the University of Michigan. He has published in Demography, Social Problems, Social Service Review, Health Services Research, and Housing Studies.
