Olivia Kussoy is an assistant vice president in the Cash Services department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Previously, Olivia worked at the San Francisco Fed, where she served as manager for the Cash Product Office (CPO) in Los Angeles. Since joining the Federal Reserve in 2009, Olivia has held roles of increasing responsibility in both the Los Angeles Cash office and the CPO. She has served as CPO program manager for high-priority objectives, recently for Cash Visibility.
Olivia has a bachelor’s degree from California State University and an M.B.A. from the UCLA School of Management. She is a certified Project Management Professional, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Six Sigma Black Belt.
