Biography
Sharon St. Louis is director of Business Analytics & Outreach Support in the Boston Fed’s Regional & Community Outreach (R&CO) department. She manages the administrative team who supports the backbone of the department’s daily business operations. In her role, Sharon oversees R&CO's budget, contracts and expenses, event and project management, policies and procedures, and the department's contingency plan. She is also financial manager of R&CO’s Working Cities Challenge Initiative.
Sharon holds a B.S. degree in business information systems from Virginia State University and several management certifications from Boston University and Babson's Corporate Education and American Management. She joined the Bank in 1992 and has over 25 years of experience in business management and department administration.
