The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston’s Executive Committee comprises the president, first vice president, and senior Bank officers in charge of each of the organization’s divisions. The executive committee is responsible for advising the president on matters of Bank- and Federal Reserve System-wide significance. The committee works together to support the Bank’s mission and bring perspective from their individual divisions to ensure that the Bank is well-run, effectively managed, and well-governed.
