Our Governance

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides governance and oversight for the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Its members bring diverse perspectives from across New England to help strengthen the Bank’s understanding of the region and support its public service mission.
Advisory Councils
Boston Fed advisory councils bring together leaders from a range of industries, organizations, and institutions to share perspectives and expertise on issues relevant to the Bank’s work. Through regular meetings with Bank leaders and staff, council members provide insights that inform our understanding of the economy, financial system, and communities across New England.
