Over the last decade, community-based organizations in Massachusetts and their financial supporters have gained significant experience in providing support to low- and moderate-income urban entrepreneurs. However, there i s little consensus regarding the most effective approaches to fostering entrepreneurship. What's working? What's not? How can collaboration be improved to serve entrepreneurs better?
This morning conference offers community-based business assistance p roviders and their funders an opportunity to share experiences and perspectives on the best ways to promote business creation and growth in low-income urban areas.
