The Main Street Lending Program (Program) was terminated on January 8, 2021. The Program operated through five facilities: the Main Street New Loan Facility (MSNLF), the Main Street Priority Loan Facility (MSPLF), the Main Street Expanded Loan Facility (MSELF), the Nonprofit Organization New Loan Facility (NONLF), and the Nonprofit Organization Expanded Loan Facility (NOELF).

This page will continue to be a resource for Program lenders and borrowers while such loans remain outstanding. Below, are resources that remain subject to further update, followed by historical, archived versions of documents used in the Program.

  • Main Street Post-Termination FAQs (January 7, 2022): This document addresses frequently asked questions that Main Street lenders and borrowers may have during the life of outstanding Main Street loans. All other FAQs, including those relevant only at the time of origination of Main Street loans, have been archived as of January 8, 2021, and can be found below. (See a comparison to the July 29, 2021 Post-Termination FAQs).
  • Eligible Lender Request for Loan Modification or Waiver Form (November 18, 2020): To obtain instructions from the Main Street SPV regarding Core Rights Acts under the Loan Participation Agreement, an eligible lender should complete and submit this form in accordance with the instructions provided therein. If an eligible lender is uncertain as to whether an action constitutes a Core Rights Act, it can complete and submit the form, and the Main Street SPV will evaluate the request.
  • Model Joinder Form for Bilateral Loans (April 9, 2021): In the case of a bilateral (non-syndicated) loans, each borrower and guarantor must execute the Co-Lender Agreement and each borrower must sign the Assignment Executed in Blank. In the event a new borrower or guarantor is added to a Main Street loan, the new borrower or guarantor should execute this joinder agreement to become a party to the Co-Lender Agreement and Assignment Executed in Blank, as applicable.
